PENGARUH PEMBERLAKUAN STANDAR NASIONAL INDONESIA (SNI) SECARA WAJIB PADA PERDAGANGAN INDONESIA

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak pemberlakuan SNI wajib terhadap nilai perdagangan Indonesia yang tercermin dari nilai impor setiap tahunnya dari 146 negara pada periode 2001-2019. Analisis ini menggunakan metode gravitasi dan model efek acak. Standardisasi nasional yang menggunakan standar khusus negara secara signifikan mendorong perdagangan nilai impor keseluruhan dan nilai impor kecil tetapi tidak mempengaruhi perdagangan nilai impor besar. Kajian ini dapat dijadikan pertimbangan dalam memilih kebijakan standardisasi nasional karena pemberlakuan SNI wajib tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai impor dari negara yang memiliki nilai perdagangan besar.
